Cancellation Policy

At The Executive Edit, I understand that life happens. If you need to cancel a scheduled session and provide more than 24 hours’ notice: You may reschedule your session once at no additional cost. Rescheduled sessions must take place within 30 days of the original date. If you choose not to reschedule, a refund (minus a 10% admin fee) may be issued upon request. Cancellations must be sent in writing (email or client portal).
